The download for an update that is suppose to work with High Sierra has cost me many hours of my time! Now, I find out that printshop 4 can not be purchased, without any further information!!! Apple support has been wonderful and has helped me on their end, BUT IT'S YOUR PRODUCT AND COMPANY that is the problem! You should have integrity and make it right with your customers. . I had sent a message on here days ago, with NO response and have received little support from your so called 'team.'
